Sonfest

Went to Sonfest at Mt. Vernon Nazarene  University yesterday.

It was so much fun!

The weather was extremely humid and hot, just standing there made you sweat...

 

 

and then...

 

 

We all got soaked within an hour of being at the concert. Even thought the weather wasn't the greatest, we still had an awesome time!

 

Tyler, Staci and Parker got a picture with one of their favorite lead singers. I took the picture, but I wouldn't say this guy was the best. When he was singing on stage his eyes looked neon green and he sings "screemo," all scream and no singing.

 

Started to rain really hard again so we passed the time in the hangout area for awhile.

Logan versus Parker...it was quite an even match. 

 

Then we convinced Pastor Matt to show off his muscles by going against Tyler, he refused to go against anyone else.

 

 As we walked back to the stage I started puddle hopping! We all laughed so hard. It was so much fun!

Rain finally ended and we headed back to the stage and watched two more bands play.

 

Didn't get back to campus until 12:00am and I had to be up this morning at 6:30am.
