Finally Done!

After countless nights of at least 6 hours of sleep we have finally finished our sophomore year! I definitely couldn't have done it without Julie and Preston! I'm going to miss those two this summer, but can't wait to be neighbors next year!
Preston at 12:00 learning to do ballet. Let's just say he's a little out of practice.

Our last night of studying for the year! As you can tell it's going to be a long one.

We needed a coffee break and wanted to lay in the grass as our study break. It was so nice outside and a great way to relax.

Someone was extra tired and needed a 30 minute nap on the recliner chairs of the library basement.
Hard at work and still so much more to do!
After over 12 hours of studying; starting at 1pm and going till 4 am and then waking up at 7 had us a little out of the ordinary. Preston's outfit for the last day...

Staring Down Those Duties

Getting down to single digits of nights on duty for ResLife a few weeks ago.

Laid back Weekend

Friday we made cards for some of the veterans here in Findlay and went to the VFW to drop them off and spend sometime with them.
Saturday was beautiful and started early as I was working with some other ResLife  staff to put on an event; Mud Olympics. Got a nice sun burn from being outside all day even though it was a tad chilly.

On Sunday Julie and I were suppose to go to a Cleveland Indians game, but didn't have a way of getting there so we ended up having to make our own fun. So instead we went biking out of downtown Findlay to a pond in a development and studied there and adventures around on the back roads on the way back looking at all the beautiful houses. Nothing like homework by the water on this hot and sunny day.

I got a little burned this weekend

Casino Night

Brought my A game to casino night last week! I as bringing in the dough.
Alli and I rocked it at blackjack, but not so much with Texas hold 'em.
Best luck all night was at the slot machines where I won $400 from starting out with just one coin. Oh yeah!

Soft kitty, Warm kitty

Round 2 of bubble soccer last week! It was a little rough, but still as exhausting and fun as it was the first time.
Wednesday morning when I was shadowing at Blanchard Valley I got to watch a spay on a cat that was pregnant. Afterwards I got to cut open the sacs and find/see how big the fetus' were. I got to hold a baby kitten!
We had a total of 5 kittens
It's that time of year again...fire drills. We had to do fire drills in all the residence halls and as you can see we have a lot of fun in between. Here's Brayden doing the koala bear on Preston. The koala bear is where you just run up to someone and clog to them without them knowing. Brayden was really good at it.

Coffee and Biology

Coffee, coffee and more coffee for the crazy week of exams.
Studying hard for our biology exam
Oh yeah! Two weeks ago we got to do eat dissections in lab! Too cool and fun, even though rats are disgusting.

Birthday!

Had some amazingly delicious homemade macaroni and cheese from Alli for my birthday dinner.

As usual finishing the day with studying and here's Preston changing time in the library.
As a birthday celebration Julie and I ran to the resevoir which is 7 miles from campus, but we took a wrong turn and ended up running 11.5 miles. Now we have signed up for a half marathon!
