Day 2 of Orientation- Friday

Our first required session for orientation was with Dave Coleman. Dave Coleman is the dating doctor. He talked to us about dating, making friends, the correct way to introduce yourself to someone new. He was really funny and there was no falling asleep during his speech.

Later that afternoon we had a tour of campus, that wasn't really a tour, more like lets lounge around in the rec center. The recliners were sooooo comfy and relaxing!

This is my roommate Morgan enjoying a comfy sit in the recliner, along with everyone else.

View of the basketball court and rec center from the balcony. To the right, where the windows are, is the fitness room. That is were the treadmills and weights are at.

After our tour we broke up into our colleges. Here we are meeting all the staff in the College of Sciences at the University of Findlay.

All the staff are in the window in their caps and gowns getting ready for the arch ceremony as all the freshmen sit on the indoor track listening to the marching band play.

All of us walking through and to the arch.

My new friends on campus. To the left is Caitlin and then Cassandra is in the middle. Caitlin is majoring in physical therapy and is a born again Christian. Both of us were looking at going to the same church service and small group meeting. How cool is that?! Cassandra is majoring in pharmacy. I met them at the Dave Coleman session in the morning and ate lunch and dinner with them and their families. They are really sweet and cool people.

At the block party getting ready to go zip lining across campus! Whoot whoot!!

You know you are at a college campus when there is this many pizza boxes.

This is the bell, which marks the center of campus.

Was walking to the rec center at 8:30pm and saw this spider. The picture doesn't do justice, but it was about 3inches in diameter! I don't want that in my room, YUCK!
