One day of every month we celebrate all of that month's birthdays. There is usually a special dessert and a big inflatable birthday cake to mark the location of these delicious treats. For November birthdays we had brownies, cookies, caramel sauce and hot fudge sauce with sprinkles near the ice cream machine. I think they wanted us to make ice cream sundaes. At the table there were bowls just big enough to hold a cookie, so you were limited on how much you could get.
The brilliant idea that people came up with was to go get the cereal bowls from the other side of the dining hall and fill it with at least six brownies, lots of ice cream, hot fudge and sprinkles.
