Work

Got up at 6:30 this morning and felt great; maybe a little tired! We had to hay all the horses first, then water and feed and end off with sweeping.

When we ran out of hay we had to climb to the top of the hay pile and toss bales of hay down and then put them on our little hay wagon.

The horses at the English barn are HUMONGEOUS!!!! Most of them are crossed with draft horses and their withers come up to my head. Not only are they tall, but also slobs and spoiled. They have trained their humans well. My favorite horses' name was Frinklestein.

After we were done feeding all the horses we headed over to the mare and foals. There is a Holstein registration going on this weekend so there are several foals and their mamas staying at the barn.

Then we got to see Frank, who was in isolation. Frank was in isolation because he had a fever for awhile, but he has had a normal temperature the last few days.
